In Loving Memory of Marcia Michalski
June 20, 1944 – October 14, 2025
Our beloved grandmother, Marcia Michalski, passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 14, 2025, at the age of 81.
Born in Toledo, Ohio, Marcia lived a full and colorful life. She was known for her sharp sense of humor, contagious laugh, and her ability to make friends anywhere she went. Later in life, she traded Midwest winters for the sunshine of Palmetto, Florida, where she found joy in the simple pleasures—warm weather, good company, and endless new restaurants to try.
Marcia loved socializing, sharing stories, and living life on her own terms. She especially loved traveling and going on cruises, where she could soak in new experiences and meet new people—something she did with her trademark sparkle and wit.
She was preceded in death by her three children, Steven Urbanski, Lori Sheehan, and Dana Barrett, whom she loved deeply and missed every day. Marcia leaves behind her grandchildren, Megan (Jeff) Radcliffe, Joshuah Sheehan, Ryan (Renae) Barrett, Brittany Sheehan(Tyler Salser), Erin (Tom) Mensing, and Taylor Urbanski, along with her 3 great-grandchildren. Her love and legacy will live on through them, and through every laugh, story, and meal shared in her memory.
Private services will be held at a later date.
Known each other for over 70 some years. Hug around are great neighborhood and spent four years together at Roger’s High School. Spent time together at her home, and watching our kids at Marcia,s house and swimming pool. The kids really loved being together and having a great time together also. Marcia was a wonderful friend to me and my children. I am so sorry she passed a way. I will keep her in my prayers every night I Will see you at the golden gates of heaven, wait for me my dear friend.
Love from Sally and Ginny.
